Horse racing has a long history in Pardubice, with the first race held back in 1874. Photography has also had a rich tradition at these races since the late 19th century, with photographers gathering to capture this spectacular event.
While creating this series, I focused primarily on capturing the speed of the races and the unique moments of the event. Photographing the races was truly fascinating; standing right on the track, just a few meters away from the galloping horses, was a unique, adrenaline-filled experience.
